This is one of my favourite go-to smoothie bowl recipes after a sweaty workout. It’s cold, refreshing and packed with protein to help with muscle recovery. It contains acai, which is also a superfood that is packed with antioxidants, thus helping to boost your body’s defenses.
Here is the recipe:
RECOVERY AÇAI BOWL
INGREDIENTS:

2 frozen ripe bananas

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 sachet frozen açaí puree (I used @amazoniaco pure )

1/4 cup almond milk

1 scoop vegan choc protein (I used @macr0mike )

2 tablespoons peanut butter
BLEND until smooth, then transfer into a bowl & go crazy with toppings!
My toppings were :

@blissfitfoods turmeric granola, peanut butter, berries, @bitesociety rice crispy choc balls, @rawlicioisdelicious caramel slice
