Is anyone else a papaya lover too?
It’s getting hot in Brisbane, so I’m craving all sorts of summer flavours ! I whipped up this deliciously creamy papaya smoothie bowl after a sweaty workout and it definitely hits the spot!
If you are a papaya lover like me, then definitely give this a try! The combination of papaya, mango and banana really makes me feel like I was having a holiday on a tropical island.

Ingredients
- ✅ 300g ripe papaya
- ✅ 150g ripe frozen banana
- ✅ 150g frozen mango
- ✅ 1 tablespoon vegan vanilla protein powder
- ✅ 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- ✅ 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- 1. In a high-speed blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until thick and creamy.
- 2. Transfer to a bowl and decorate with toppings!
- My toppings were: granola, roasted macadamia, strawberries & papaya
