Who wants a slice?!
I whipped up this healthy & delicious loaf yesterday and half of it is already gone 🙈
There is just something so cosy about apples and cinnamon, and when warmed up and topped with a drizzle of peanut butter it’s just sooo good 😍
EASY APPLE CINNAMON LOAF CAKE (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, one-bowl)

* Storage tips: in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be individually portioned and frozen for months
Ingredients
- Dry:
- ✅1 3/4 cups GF self-raising flour (can sub for regular self-raising flour too)
- ✅3/4 cup coconut sugar
- ✅1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder ( I used @macr0mike )
- ✅2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Wet:
- ✅1/2 cup applesauce
- ✅2 tablespoons nut butter (can sub for oil)
- ✅1 cup almond milk
- ✅1 apple, peeled & diced
- ✅Handful of walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius, fanforced. Prepare a loaf tin with non-stick paper
- 2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients
- 3. Add in all the wet ingredients and mix until no flour remains
- 4. Stir in the apple and walnuts
- 5. Transfer the batter into the prepared tin
- 6. Bake for 35-40 mins until a knife inserted comes out clean
- 7. Allow the loaf to cool before slicing.
- Serving suggestion: I served mine with extra walnuts and a drizzle of peanut butter
