Christmas might be over but that doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy festive treats!
These EASY, vegan Rum balls contain @naturescharm coconut condensed milk – which is just as delicious, if not even better than dairy condensed milk! These balls would be great if you have any festivities coming up to share with your friends and family! Of course, if there are minors, you can also omit the rum too.
Here is the recipe:

Ingredients
- ✅250g plain biscuits (I used vegan, GF scotch fingers from @woolworths_au )
- ✅1 cup desiccated coconut (mine is from @thesourcewestendbrisbane )
- ✅ 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ✅ 2 tablespoons rum
- ✅1/2 cup @naturescharm_au coconut condensed milk
- ✅ Desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
- 1. In a food processor (I used my @magimix_australia ) add in the biscuits, cocoa powder and coconut and blitz until fine crumbs
- 2. Add in the rum and condensed milk and blitz until the mixture clumps together like cookie dough
- 3. Divide the mixture into 20 even portions and roll into balls. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut to coat.
- 4. Store the balls in the fridge until ready to serve
