This is another healthy & tasty treat idea that guys can easily make! The ripe banana acts as the caramel because it’s naturally very sweet .You can easily make a batch of these during your meal prep to keep in the freezer and have them handy to snack on when you feel like a sweet bite

*Storage tips: in the freezer and allow to thaw at room temp for 1-2 mins before serving
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana (use the straight centre portion)
- 4 teaspoons raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 50g vegan dark chocolate
- *Optional: mix in 1 tablespoon of protein powder into the melted chocolate for extra protein
Instructions
- 1. Prepare 4 little liners or mini muffin tins
- 2. Cut the banana into 1cm thick discs
- 3. Divide the peanut butter evenly amongst the 4 moulds as a base
- 4. Place one banana disc on top of the peanut butter base. Press down slightly so the banana sits inside the peanut butter.
- 5. Place 1 teaspoon of jam on top of each slice of banana
- 6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and divide the chocolate evenly amongst the 4 moulds.
- 7. Place the cups in the freezer for 30 minutes
