Here is an indulgent Acai bowl for you guys to try if you like your bowls on the sweeter side. Now, I may have sneaked in some cauliflower for extra health, but trust me, you can’t even taste it (you can swap the cauliflower out for more banana or some berries too).
Here is the recipe:
SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN ACAI BOWL
Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas (200g)

1/2 cup cooked then frozen cauliflower

1 sachet frozen açai ( I used @amazoniaco pure)

1 medjool date, pitted

1/4 cup almond milk

1 scoop vegan caramel protein powder

1/4 tsp sea salt
METHOD:

Blend the ingredients together until smooth, thick & creamy.

Top the bowl using whatever your heart desires!
My toppings were: @blissfitfoods acai berry granola, my 5-ingredient raw caramel slice, @pana_organic strawberry pistachio chocolate, peanut butter and fresh strawberries.
Other great topping ideas would be coconut yoghurt, caramel sauce, bananas or another nut butter! Get creative 🙂
