Continuing on with my microwave oatcake series, here is a dreamy molten chocolate edition! So many of you guys were keen for this when I shared it on my story and I seriously can’t wait to hear what you think when you try it!

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 3 tablespoons (30g) oat flour
- 2 tablespoons (20g) vegan chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3g) baking powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (7.5g) cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons (15g) coconut sugar
- 4 tablespoons almond milk (or any plant milk)
- 1 tablespoon (15g) almond butter (or oil)
- *Optional: extra chocolate chips, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Mix together all the cake ingredients until a thick batter is formed. Optional: Stir in extra choc chips or vanilla extract you would like too.
- 2. Create a well in the middle of the batter and dollop a tablespoon of hazelnut butter in the middle
- 3. Microwave for 90 seconds! SERVE WARM!
