Whipped up this epic stack with a friendon Sunday morning and it was definitely the perfect way to start the day! We topped it with all our fave toppings including icecream, peanut butter sauce ,granola and chocolate.

LOADED OATMEAL PROTEIN PANCAKES (vegan, oil-free, gluten-free*)

Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 350ml almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Blend all ingredients together until a thick batter forms
- 2. Pour onto a non-stick pan on medium heat and cook for 2-3 mins until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 2 mins.
- 3. Transfer onto a plate and repeat until all the batter is used up
- 4. Decorate the pancakes with your fave toppings and eat whilst warm!
