This healthy, high protein smoothie bowl is another favourite of mine. It’s basically a dessert in a bowl. I added in frozen cauliflower for extra volume and nutrition. The maca powder adds extra earthy caramel notes as well as health benefits too. I like to enjoy this bowl after a sweaty workout as its cold but leaves me nourished and feeling great!
Here is the recipe:
LOADED CHOC CARAMEL PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS:

2 x frozen ripe bananas

1/4 cup frozen cauliflower

1/4 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon of maca powder

1 heaped tablespoon of cacao powder

1 scoop vegan caramel protein powder ( I used @macr0mike salted caramel )

*Optional: 1-2 dates
METHOD:

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, thick and creamy.

Transfer into a bowl and top using your fave toppings!
