What’s your FAVOURITE WAY TO ENJOY OATS?
My current fave is creamy lush protein oatmeal topped with lots of meltable treats, granola and berries! Quick, easy, lazy, cosy and comforting.
Here is how I make it:
EASY CREAMY PROTEIN OATMEAL

Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1.5 cups cashew milk (or another plant milk)
- 1 scoop (30g) vegan vanilla protein (I used @macr0mike)
- Dash of cinnamon
- *Optional: 1 tablespoon sweetener if i’m not topping it with lots of sweet desserts
Instructions
- 1. Microwave the oats and milk for 60 seconds. Mix should still be pretty runny
- 2. Mix in the protein powder. You can add a bit more plant milk if you like it a bit thinner too.
- 3. Microwave for another 30 seconds
- 4. Decorate with toppings of choice!
