When it’s a billion degrees outside and you look into your fridge and see leftover greens that you don’t want to waste – a refreshing green smoothie is the way to go! I love adding vegetables to my bowls because the sweetness of the fruit and protein powders really covers up the vegetables, so basically you’re adding a whole lot of extra nutrition without compromising taste
Here is the recipe:
CHOC MINT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS:

2 frozen bananas

1 zucchini, chopped and frozen

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Big Handful of spinach
-
Big handful of mint
-
1/4 cup almond milk
-
* Optional: 1 tsp supergreens powder
METHOD:

Blend the smooth ingredients until smooth and no chunks of vegetables remain.

Transfer to a bowl and top it using whatever you desire!
I used fresh fruit, dark chocolate, some peppermint granola to go with the theme, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce!
