I think the name says it all! This is definitely one of my favourite smoothie bowls of all time – rich, chocolatey and peanut buttery! YUMM! The addition of chocolate vegan protein powder gave it a protein kick and also made it more creamy too!
PEANUT BUTTER CUP PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
(refined sugar free, high-protein)
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder
METHOD:
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth & creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl, then top it using whatever your heart desires!
I used fresh berries, cacao nibs and my homemade salted chocolate granola! I highly recommend you try my granola recipe too – it/s one of my faves!
