Say bye bye to boring beans! This is how you can make your beans taste amazing! Literally just put all your spices in a small bowl, then HEAT UP the beans and toss it into the bowl to mix through the spices. The heat kind of “melts” the spices and omg I swear my life has been changed!
P.s. don’t leave out the salt, a little salt goes a long way!!
Here is the recipe to this bowl:
TASTY MEXICAN BOWL
SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup black beans (coated in spice mix: pinch of paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt)

1/2 cup quinoa, cooked

1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
-
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
-
1/2 avocado

Garnishes: coriander, chilli and corn chips for chopped
METHOD:

Mix all the spices in a bowl.

Heat up the beans with a dash of water in the microwave for 45 seconds and then mix in the spice mix until the beans are covered in spices

Assemble the bowl by adding in the other ingredients
