5-INGREDIENT COOKIE BUTTER HALVA PROTEIN CUPS

My recent obsession with cookie butter led me to whip up these super tasty, high-protein dessert cups. These were so good to have handy in the fridge and definitely disappeared very quickly. You guys NEED to try this, seriously so addictive ahh 

Here is the recipe:

5- INGREDIENT COOKIE BUTTER HALVA PROTEIN CUPS  
 
MAKES: 6 cups

Base:
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter ( I used @lotusbiscoffuk )
  • 1/4 cup water
Topping:
  • 100g vegan chocolate, melted 
  • Halva, crumbled (I used @veganmadedelights ) 
METHOD:
1. Add all the base ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture sticks together. Add a bit more water if required 
2. Divide the base mixture evenly amongst the muffin holes. My muffin tray was a silicon one, but you can use a regular one and line it with some paper.
3. Freeze for 30 mins
4. Make the topping by melting the chocolate and pouring event amounts over each cup. Sprinkle with the crumbled halva before the chocolate sets.
5. Return the cups to the freezer to set for 30 mins before serving. 
**Storage tips: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for months!
