okay guys… big call but I think this is the BEST TASTING single-serve cake I’ve ever created! Soft & fluffy cake with a gooey caramel centre… it’s seriously a must-try!
The trick to a lava cake is cooking the cake at a temperature higher than conventional so that the outer layer cooks and the inner is still molten. I decided to also add caramel sauce in the centre for an extra decadent surprise… and it was worth it!
