You guys are loving all my healthy microwave oatcake creations so here is another one! It’s a simple flavour but always a good one. There’s nothing that some choc chips can’t make better! Plus, the ingredients are super clean and this would make a great high-protein snack.

CHOC CHIP MICROWAVE PROTEIN OATCAKE (vegan, oil-free, single-serve)

Ingredients
- ✅3 tablespoons oat flour
- ✅2 tablesooons vegan vanilla protein (I used @macr0mike )
- ✅1 tablespoon granulated sweetener (I used @natvia_living )
- ✅10g chocolate, chopped (I used @pana_organic )
- ✅1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- ✅1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ✅ 1 teaspoon almond butter (I used @99th_monkey )
- ✅3 tablesooons almond milk
- *Optional: extra chocolate on top
Instructions
- 1. In in microwave safe bowl, mix together all the ingredients until no lumps remain. You can add extra choc chips on top too if you want
- 2. Microwave for 90 seconds
- Serve warm!
