This pizza dough was super easy to make. The secret plant-based ingredient here is unsweetened coconut yoghurt! (Although I do also think other unsweetened yoghurt would work too)

Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut yoghurt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, fan-forced. Prepare a pizza tray or just line a regular large baking tray
- 2. Add the flour and yoghurt into a bow and use clean hands to mix it all together until a dough forms
- 3. Continue kneading the dough in the bowl for 5 minutes until it’s smooth and no lumps remain
- 4. Transfer the dough into a lightly floured surface and roll it out evenly into a flat round pizza dough shape
- 5. Top with whatever toppings you desire and bake for 15 minutes until the crust is slightly golden
- 6. Serve warm!
