6-INGREDIENT DOUBLE CHOC FUDGE PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH

This is a cookie dough that you can have for breakfast everyday if you wanted to! Not only does it contain a whooping 29g of protein per bowl, it is also gluten-free and contains lots of fibre from the chickpeas so it will definitely keep you full until your next meal!
 
As a child I would never lick the spoon when I made cookies because all I could think of was the raw egg inside of it (can anyone relate?) However, ever since going vegan, that has not been a problem and now i often find myself not only licking the spoon but also the bowl. 
 
Here is the recipe: 
 
6-INGREDIENT DOUBLE CHOC FUDGE PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH
(gluten-free, oil-free, no-bake, high-protein)
 
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup of cooked black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 30g of vegan choc protein powder (I used @macr0mike Nutella)
  • 30g of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (can sub for 2 tsp liquid sweetener)
 
METHOD:
1. In a food processor, blend the black beans , almond milk, sweetener and protein powder until a thick, smooth hummus consistency
2.Stir in the chocolate chunks
3. SERVE! ITS THAT EASY
