These super moreish, soft and delicious truffles are a must try! The tahini adds a richness in a way that makes these taste very unique.
The best part about this recipe is that it is single-measurement, which means you just need one measuring cup and the same levels of every ingredient! You also don’t need any machines to make this as nothing really needs to be blended – just needs your hands and a spatula and some tender loving care.
Here is the recipe:
5-INGREDIENT TAHINI PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH TRUFFLES
(gluten-free, oil-free, no-bake, single measurement)
MAKES: 6-8 truffles
INGREDIENTS:
Cookie dough:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark choc chunks
Choc Coating:
- 1/2 cup dark choc chunks, melted
METHOD:
- Blend the tahini, maple, almond meal and protein powder in your food processor until it forms a clump. You can add a dash of water if mixture is a bit dry
- Stir through the choc chunks
- Divide the mixture and roll into balls
- Put balls in freezer for 1 hour
- Melt the chocolate and roll the cookie dough balls in the chocolate
- Set in the freezer for 10 mins
