5-INGREDIENT CHUNKY PB CHOC CHUNK COOKIES

 
I made these chunky cookies for a potluck and they were a total hit! These are so easy to put together, don’t require any beaters or blender and use just 5 ingredients! If you are a cookie lover, then you will love this!

5-INGREDIENT CHUNKY VEGAN PB CHOC COOKIES⁣
MAKES: 12 cookies ⁣
INGREDIENTS:⁣
Dry:⁣
  • 2 cups self-raising flour⁣
  • 100g vegan dark chocolate, chopped⁣ ⁣
Wet:⁣
  • 1 cup sugar ( I used 1/2 brown, 1/2 white) ⁣
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted⁣
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter ( I used @byronbaypeanutbutter smooth)⁣
  • 1/4 cup warm water⁣
METHOD:⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius, fan-forced. Line two cookie trays with non-stick paper ⁣
2. In a large bowl mix together all the wet ingredients until the sugar dissolves ⁣
3. Add the flour to another large bowl. Pour in the wet mixture and gently combine until a cookie dough forms. ⁣
4. Stir in the chocolate chunks⁣
5. Divide the mixture into 12 even portions. Roll into balls and flatten slightly into a cookie shape⁣
6. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the outside is golden⁣
7. Allow the cookies to cool down before serving. They will be soft and a bit crumbly right out the oven, but will become firmer once they cool down ⁣
*Storage tips: in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week! ⁣
